Discover Our Yurts
A YURT is a portable structure, traditionally used by nomads in the steppes of Central Asia as their home. The structure comprises a crown or compression wheel supported by roof ribs which bend down to meet the lattice walls. The structure is usually covered by layers of fabric and sheep's wool felt for insulation and weatherproofing.
All our Yurts are built on a raised wooden platform to make it cool and dry. You will enjoy being close to nature with the added comfort of home, such as running hot water and electric. Each yurt has its own private wet room with a hot shower and toilet, so there will be no running around dark fields in the night. Other amenities are a cosy double bed, a snug sitting area, mini fridge, tea making facilities and wifi. Each of our yurts are individually decorated with either Ottoman or English themes making their designs unique and very attractive.
